These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Section 1 – Online Store Terms

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

  • A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 – Products & Bench-Crafted Goods

  • Handcrafted Variation: Because our goods are bench-crafted in small batches using premium full-grain and vegetable-tanned leathers, natural variations in surface grain, color tone, and markings are normal features of the leather and not defects.

  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display our products' colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

  • JMB Leather products are designed for durability and intended use. JMB Leather shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or services beyond the purchase price of the product.

Section 5 – Governing Law
