Shipping Policy

• Free Canadian Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100 CAD.
• Order Processing: Because each piece is handcrafted in our studio, orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order leaves our workshop.
• International Shipping: Standard and expedited international rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Standard Collection Returns (30 Days): Unused items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
• Sale & Promotional Items (14 Days): Items purchased on sale, discounted, or during special promotional events are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges or returns due to our error or a manufacturing defect, JMB Leather will provide a prepaid return label.
• Handcrafted Quality Guarantee: Every JMB piece is bench-crafted for lifetime durability. If your item arrives with any structural defect or manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately for a repair or replacement.
• Final Sale: Custom orders, bespoke alterations, and limited-run production pieces from our JMBLab series are final sale.

Leather Care & Maintenance
Our bench-crafted leather goods are built to last a lifetime using premium full-grain and vegetable-tanned leathers infused with oils and waxes. Proper care preserves their durability and allows them to develop a rich, personal patina over time.

Everyday Care

• Keep It Dry: Water and heavy sweat are leather's primary threats. If your item gets wet, wipe off excess moisture immediately with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally at room temperature. Never use hairdryers or direct heat, which cause leather to crack.
• Avoid Submersion: Do not shower, swim, or soak your leather gear.

Cleaning & Conditioning

• Routine Cleaning: Periodically wipe down the leather using a clean, slightly damp microfibre cloth to remove surface dust and dirt.
• Conditioning: Apply a natural leather balm once or twice a year (or whenever the leather feels dry). Massage a small amount evenly using a soft cloth, let it absorb, and gently buff away any excess.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent fading and drying.
• Avoid storing items in airtight plastic bags; leather needs air circulation to breathe.
